buzzards bay

Post by clambo »

Hit Buzzards Bay around 7 am, ran over to Cleveland light for a little scupping and black sea bass. While there I saw two 23 Pacific's. One had side panels the other had two men in it. Just wondering if these guys are on the fourum and if they are who are you? Caught a few Scupasaurus hope to munch them on Mon. Good but boney.

This has nothing to do witrh that, but I saw a Youtube video of guys in Buzzards Bay whoopin azz on the monster Seabass.
I could not believe how big they were, even double heading them.

I'd almost make a trip there to light tackle fish those, like they caught. Just to load up on monsters like that. Load up and take them fillets back home to micro seabass land, here in FLA.

Believe they had them 5 and 8 pounds......I'll look for the video. It was some Canadian dude who sells some kind of spinner hand made goofy lure.

All these dudes have some crazy names. No Dave, Bob, or jimbo's in this crowd.

IVO says, "We usually start catching sea bass around the end of May." So I guess that's why you were fishin them, too.

"May. Hmmm, I May have to go there in May someday." If it's worth it. What's the size and bag on these bad boys?? In Taxachewsetts. (as Alloy Toy says)

DAMN, ya'll can have those long trolling days with no tuna.

I'll take a pile of these Bass'tards for the frying pan!!!
