G3 Boat Rolls to Port

I have a 2019 G3 18 ft DLX Bay Series with a 90 VMax Yamaha. I recently had the prop repaired for a slightly bent blade and afterwards the boat now rolls significantly to the left (port) side and does not plain off without applying significant motor trim. I noticed that the right (starboard) side fixed trim tab has been ground down while the left (port) has not been touched. Is this the reason for the roll problem? If so, do I need to replace the starboard trim tab or grind off the port tab to match the other?
Note/question; the boat does have float pods on the rear (stern) and I've heard the trim tabs are not needed?
