Pleased to share a few construction photo's of the next Seamless edition center console build.  This model featuring an additional 6'' wider beam over her 20' sister ship while maintaining the stabile, economical and comfortable riding modified V hull design we where so pleased with back in 2018.  Weighing in @ 4600lbs she will be rigged with 200hp Suzuki with Hull #2 to receive 300hp.  All of the fit and finish seen on our 20fter will be  continued through out our entire pleasure boat lineup.  Now topping off at 35',  Stay tuned as we complete this exciting build!

one3,
Sure are beautiful lines and shows a nice clean build.  She reminds me of the Bill Lincoln (Response Marine) "Rock Salt" series from a few years ago.
Sure hope you'd take time to update the build photos of this gorgeous girl as she progresses through her construction?

Thanks for posting!

Cheers,
Kevin Morin

one3,
Thanks for helping the Forum enjoy the build of this lovely welded beauty.

Went to some of your past utube vids and and it appears Bill Lincoln was involved (?) would be nice to confirm his lines?

Next, and very appealing, is the extrusion and welding treatment of the shear.  Is the outside corner a 1/4" section of a 2" or so dia. pipe?  Not sure how that joint was made ? but is sure is cool to look at in the video where the smaller skiff is shined/polished up!  I could see a 1/4" section of the pipe butted to the topsides in a V fillet then faired and the same on the top/guard deck/shear clamp where another set of V grooves would form a full depth fillet that could be welded then faired off with a sander.

Not sure if this is how you obtained those very sweet topsides-to-guard deck shear cross sections; but if you don't mind sharing it would be very interesting to learn.

Thanks again for sharing your welded artistry with the Forum.  I sure appreciate seeing the flowing lines come to life in your build.

Cheers,
Kevin Morin

Hi Kevin, I am happy to share! This shear line is a one off. Truthfully the inspiration came to me about 2 years ago. A cold molded wood build caught my eye while casually browsing the social medias one day. After sketching out a few concepts (see attached) I became motivated enough to start preliminary drawings with the renowned Ocean5 naval architect, Stuart FLA. Drawn at 30' I began the task of trolling for a potential owner as I wasn't able to bank roll a project of this size myself. Having several requests for 22-24ft builds I admittedly became impatient with filling the desire to build on the look. I felt comfortable with scaling the shear in both larger and smaller versions of the original concept and with the blessing of her new captain started to layout this new CC. I had just recently finished constructing a Jesse Lowell 23 Flats boat and originally this new offshore model started life slightly smaller.  Upon studying the nested parts we decided to maximize our plate order and build to 24'.  By chance I began working with my newest client on a 35ft Pilot house that very much shares a similar shear. An aggressive mid rail transition with a reverse at the nose making for a real attack look also doubling as better visibility while on plane for sure. For both new builds I did, in fact, choose Mr. Bill Lincoln to create not only my cut files but also provide his usual attention to detail with weights, balances and military grade construction. One3's "Seamless rail" design will be featured on both models. Being a signature to my brand I prefer to keep specific construction techniques behind closed doors. Builder to builder please feel free to give me a ring anytime. 401-864-7267

Wow what a beautiful looking boat. Not a lot of alloy on the east coast but it is obvious to me that you are truly a player.
