three batteries will go all the way forward under the dash and the battery switches and panel will go up on the wall on the right hand side. The auto pilot pump will be mounted under the battery switch (at least thats the plan for now lol). Still thinking if I want the pump in the cabin or back of the boat under transom cap. I like the less chance of corrosion in the cabin but it will make some noise. The batteries and pump will have a plate welded to the floor to screw into so that I do not have to drill and tap into the main floor deck which is a air tight compartment. Closest to the operators under the dash will be a panel all the way across. keep any lose item from sliding out.

Overhead console with gutter channel on the sides. There is power up there and starboard on the base of the overhead console so that I do not have to drill into the aluminum to mount radio's. The starboard is really a nice touch that I would not have thought of.

Up under the dash on the front bulk head is another piece of starboard for mounting electronics too. Again so that a person does not have to drill into the aluminum and have holes in it. I like it a lot.

I am debating on if I should have another plate for a fourth battery welded up in the front locker. I would run it in parallel with the other house battery. I might just wait and see how it works with just the one house battery and if needed add the plate later.

The cutout on the port side will have a lip on the front and I will mount my Garmin 1042XSV there on a ram mount so that I can swivel for best views. I like the Navionics maps on the Garmin and I will also hook up a Airmar SS175m on it. On the TZT3 you cannot hook up a high and medium transducer on the same head unit. A high and low or a medium and low but not the high and medium. Its in the wiring of the "Y" cable and software. Hopefully that changes down the road.

the front smaller boxes are mounts for the shockwave seat bases. Waiting on parts for them to come in, ah boatbuilding in the 2020's, hurry up and wait on parts. These will stay open with no door on them. The larger compartments will have the tops opened up when the seat bases come in and we know how much room the front seats will take. I want to be able to open the bench seats without having to slide the front seats all the way forward. I am going to use the stock pacific seats and sliders on the shockwave bases.

side dive door, I was not sure on this option. I figure that it will make boarding easier on that side (as I get even older lol) and also easier for loading and unloading the boat at home. I think the handles/braces will be a knee knocker might have to wrap the pipe handles with foam that can come off when not being used.

If the main motors don't come in for a while I can at least run it on the T8 kicker and forgo using oars and making Vroom Vroom noises. lol

at last the trailer is done. I was not sure which one would be done first. The boat or the trailer lol. It is Tuff trailers TA 8500T with a 8500# load capacity. Hopefully no issues for a few years. The front crossmember I had moved up between the frame rails so it was not hanging down so low. On the magic tilt trailer I had on my Contender it would drag that crossmember at the breakover at several ramps.

A little project for the new boat. I have been debating between a kill bag rack or a tote. I figure since I already have several 30"x60" kill bags I would go this way. I like the totes for having a platform to set pots on to empty but when you already have something that can work hard not to use it. Be nice to have a place for a few rods standing by at the ready when converting to a jig and bait stop. Fill one bag full of ice and feed the other bags as needed. There is enough width to use a five gallon bucket to transfer ice or just leave them in twenty pound bags and transfer that way. Will just have to try and see what works best. I just need to find some feet for them and strap to the floor of the boat.

went up and pick her up Thursday, 30 mpg on the way up to Marysville and 13.5 on the way back lol. The little ecodiesel handled it with no issues and plenty of power. Now my work begins.

couple shots of the cockpit. The tiedowns give me plenty of options for different setups. Bait tank and kill bag rack, full tote, kill bag rack running bow to stern. Pacific had some 2" schedule 80 pipe for a davit and bent it up for me.

and the interior, shockwave S5 with Pacifics stock seats and sliders. The stock WA7 cabin has a bench across the back of the cabin and no back door. I changed it to a 8' cabin with benches down each side and a door opening. Three batteries under the dash with a spot ready for a second house battery if needed. Also going to have the pump for the auto pilot down there also. It is 6ft from the door to the plate under the dash. I will get a foam pad and sleep in between the seats.

all screws, rivets and nuts and bolts are giving a coating of tef gel. In between most items bolted to the boat, whether aluminum or stainless is a coating also. All to combat corrosion and make it easier to come apart down the road. Gotta love that.

This makes me smile, heat shrinked, labeled, neatly layed out and room for future growth. NMEA 2000 backbone, autopilot controller ect. I hate working on a rats nest of wires with automotive style wire and connectors. The East coast boat builders figured this out long before the tin can builders have out west lol.
The panels are mounted on stand offs so you do not screw into the aluminum behind it when bolting items down.

getting some wiring done, davit winch outlet wired in. Using a marinco 70amp plug with 6/2 wire on a 80amp breaker. The 16/2 is waiting for a pair of Vision M460 flood lights

electric reel outlets for the back deck. I had the front four installed and did not like the the ones two foot from the transom but did not want to leave the hole empty so I wired it up also. I added the two right next to the transom as I figured they would be less likely to get the plug banged up. I also am going to use the far back one to supply power to the livewell.

30 amp breakers for the electric outlets mounted and wired in. Using 10awg wire. Waiting on one more breaker to show up. Not going to tighten up all of the wire ties until a later date when I am sure that I am done pulling wires. I also pulled in a wire for under gunnel lighting and do not have them yet.

Also have a pair mounted for the front of the boat.

radar and SCX-20 satellite receiver installed, not wired up as the head unit is not installed yet. I am going to cut down the anchor light so I can leave it up and not have to worry about taking it out when I back into the shop.

Just been working on wiring lately so have not had much to show. To do it right takes a ton of time.

Adding a couple pole holders to the top, John (bolen05) is getting ready to cut the straight edge free so we can reposition the front rod holder where it needs to be mounted. Big thanks to John for coming over and playing lol.

We built a spacer bar out of 2X2 square tubing, 45'd the ends, capped them off and added a couple of more rod holders to the back deck rack. If you are over 6'2" you better duck lol. At 5'9" I have plenty of room and can actually grab rods out of there without standing on my tippy toes ;)
