Pacific 23 Launch Ladder

Anyone build a launch ladder to help launch your beast. Something that allows you to step from the trailer up and into the bow to back the boat off the trailer when launching solo????? Looking for pics or suggestions........
When the kids were younger and were always around it was much easier. I'd stick them in and push them off.........guess we are all getting old!!! Boy that happened quick
