What motor combo is best for a Pacific V2600?

Considering a V2600 and trying to decide on Honda 135's or 150's. I will be running about 10 miles to the fishing grounds and will be fishing pretty close to shore.
I have driven a V2600 with 2 Yamaha 115's that at WOT went 24 knots. I'm curious how fast it would go with 135's? Drawbacks over 150's? You guys are the experts...what do you think?
If I wanted to Tuna fish 50 or so miles offshore what engines for that?
Thanks guys!
Will

I would go with the 150's for twins or a single 300 with a kicker.

Thanks, reason? Will that boat plane on a 150 shut down and 1 running WOT?

Will, I have a v26. Check out my post re: performance from a few years ago:

If I were doing it again, I would go with a Suzuki 300 without any question.

The 26 is rated for 300HP , 2X150=300, yes it will plane out with a 150 not fun but it will [Pair or 4cyl 200's would be killer if they would put them on, have to ask] Some people like the idea of twins for offshore use/safety. I prefer a big single with a kicker and a my BoatUS card.
