Just on the point of confirming the purchase of a new North River Seahawk Offshore and I find this buried in the maintenance section of the NR website:-
"Because saltwater corrosion is not warrantable we don’t recommend mooring or excessive use in saltwater"
What's the story is this just North River being over-protective of their warranty or should aluminum boats not be moored? I would have preferred an unpainted model but the one I have been contemplating is painted. Quite a shock to find this at a late stage in negotiations.

My New 2003, 2004.5, and 2005 Dodge trucks had a slip of paper in the truck that stated that the truck should not have a camper installed in the bed. But there was a second slip that showed you where the C/L for camper instalation.
