Candu-Ez 14

Post by NMMARENG »

Does anyone know of a builder that has built one of the 14' Candu mini-tugs with an outboard?

there was one builder in BC that looks like he built on in aluminum. There doesn't look like there is much to it. Would be easier to do if you get patterns or better yet a cutting file. probably a lot of scrap with that curved transom.

Get out the spool gun and get started!

Hi there,

Here is a link to a similar tug already built... not sure if it is still for sale.

if he sold it I would guess that he would help you w/your build

cheers

That's an awesome looking litle tug. Would be nice if he could build the Candu at 16'. I spoke to the builder in BC and he said he could do the hull without power and outfitting if I wanted.
