Start making aluminum custom BURLEY BUCKETS.....and we'll really start talking CHARTER FISHING!!!!!!

IE:

You would be the only one in the WHOLE USA making custom aussie (chum) Burley Buckets......and put those stupid motorized chumming meat grinder machines to shame!!

I need an aluminum one, with a removeable starboard inserted bottom with a angled piece behind it, so mine doesn't (plastic Dennis Braid version) doesn't sit on this angle. I have a chopper already.

See that angle??????? It's okay. But not "correct".

Alloy.......ahhhhhhh, you just might have Pacific boat customers RIGHT HERE. Built for our transoms. Am I correct boys?? Who wants to add chumming to thier repituar?

Can ya imagine Keys fishing made EZ with fresh netted baitfish being chopped and chummed on the spot....yeah there is a market and I'll help you sell them.
There's even a swinging off the transom burley bucket on an Aussie boat, but I can't find the pic right now.

super cool, Bevan.......well since my only Tuna are inshore tuna aka: Jack Crevalle's, and won't be doing any jigging for BlackFin Tuna this year because of fuel prices (although I have $500 in jigging terminal tackle) and will never use it now.....which really pisses me off.

I'm doing that EXACT chummer tube (Burley Bucket) in my swim platform!
I have it all drawn up, have the dimensions a fella who has the 8" pipe, a welder on his truck to come to my house....and no $$$ to pay him to do it.

But thanks for the pics, because that's exactly where I'm putting it on my BLM, same size basically, same everything.

If I could just come up with the $$$ before Tarpon season, because that's where the chumming really is effective. They come up to the boat nostrils flaring. So do Cobia (ling) Sharks, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Jacks, Bluerunners, Redfish.....

If I only had a trust fund.

That's some creative thinking in that setup!
No need for a pump as long as you're moving fast enough. Excellent.
I notice that there's a large weld on the tube seam.
Do you guys roll your own tubes then weld the seams?
That would make things a lot easier.

The tube was cut down and re welded to make a smaller tube. When customers come to us with ideas we try to take the idea and simplify it. Apparently the Tuna Tube worked well.

Wouldn't a trust fund be great.
