Chaps that sounds good! I like that beer. I can meet Sat. or Sun 30/31 Jan. or Sunday the 7th. Weekdays I work second shift.
What days work for the rest of you all?
Any day works for me but not to burst your bubble Goatram. The show closes on saturday the 6th, just in case the Seahawks make the Superbowl. Oops I forgot, we have to make the playoffs first......we must have just missed at 5-11.

Saturday works for me. Anyone going to the in-water show over on the lake?
How about we just meet near a designated area/time then cruse the show. Have a $12 hot dog and a $25 beer and cruse some more. I don't know the layout of the show, so someone else call the shots on that one.
I just went to the Portland, OR boat show it was pretty disappointing they usually use 4 big halls to hold the show this year only 2 halls. Many of the alloy boat people only do the Sportsman Show in Portland I hope the Seattle show is better for you guys. I also wonder how much the Sportsman's Shows will shrink this year. Attendance seems to be way down also. I talked to several builders that were there and most said they are all off at least 50% from last year.
How is it going Mike? I was there on Tuesday and it is sized way down. I'm thinking that Seattle has a larger population of people that have a higher income that it will be a better show. Product sales will be slower then last year, but I think the vendors/dealers will have a higher level of optimism.
I'm going to the show on Saturday, you want to meet in Woodland ride up with me or drive?
Folks here is my cell 360-513-5256 give me a call. It might be easier to connect up there that way.
I know the Ptld Sportsman's Show will be better. I have a booth there in Hall E #1027. I think many that don't buy boats will at least book a couple of trips.

I like the idea of meeting up. The show goes until 9pm. What about finding a watering hole that you could walk to and meet up when the doors close?
Oh, I see that Chaps has already suggested Pyramid brewery. That works!

I would love to Pete but I have to work my regular job. I start nights Friday thru Monday i get off Tuesday Morning and i have to travel to Tuesday for the Sportsman's Show. If you get a chance come to the Sportsman's Show and say Hi. I know my manufacturer of my new Boat will be there. i have never done the Puyallup show before i hope it goes good.
I will be in the Seattle area the entire time of the show so whatever day and time is best for you all should be good for us. Pyramid has good food and beer so it will be a good place to meet.
I'm gonna suggest we all initially meet up at Pyramid for a brew & a snack sometime in the afternoon on Saturday. That way those who want to go to the show earlier can go and then finish their day off at the brewery get-together. Those that want to do the show in the evening can go after the beer fest and those that want to use the meet-up as a break in the show can go back in because your hand will be stamped.
Sounds like a plan. Only thing left is the time. 4 or 4:30 to meet. Allows you to start at the water to look at the boats and then when it starts getting dark have a beer and a Snack then head into the evening gala event in the center. Boy's Toys
