Things have come around, the water actually dropped a few degrees and it's cleaned up. Launched the boat to see what we could find and we had a pretty good day. Tons of these little yellowtail running around out there. Only had to run a few miles out and could have come home with a hundred fish if we had wanted to. Nothing big, may eight to ten pounders but pretty fun to pull on with light gear. Pretty tasty, too - the sushi rice is cooking up right now.

Nice work. My wife and I had a blast catching similar sized yellowtail in Manzanillo a few years back. Hope to do it again sometime.

Merlin that's a real LITTLE GIRL.......yeah I'm sure a little spinning rod turns them into whoppers.

Life tough sometimes, huh?

Our water's real nice a green too.......from all the algae bloom from fertilized yards
