What an idiot, not too funny, those reservists should have been arrested after that stunt. BTW not sure if the "ping pong" boat was made from alloy it would have fared any better.

Apparently the CG Aux doesn't have to follow the same rules they teach boaters. I imagine those guys must think they're the stand-on vessel when approaching a sailboat too. Yahoos!
