Center Console and floor for 18' Princecraft

I want to add a floor and center console to this 18' Princecraft.  Can anybody recommend a good location for other similar projects or builds.  I'll need some help on design and best practices.  Thank you !  Tied to upload or attach pics but need to make them all smaller.  PIA
