I’m new. I picked up this Al Bass looking jet boat in Boise ID last September. She is 21” has a 2005 Mercury 225 outboard jet, 50 hour’s on the motor. The man I bought the boat from said the hull was made in 1989 buy weldcraft of Grovecity Idaho but was refitted as a Bass jet boat in 2005. Was Weldcraft built in Idaho? He said he spent 20k on the refit. I payed 18k for the boat. Is this boat worth what I spent. Also, info on this boat would be nice.

Thanks

Richid, I think that you're correct the Manufacturer's Identification abbreviation (WCD) comes back:
MIC Company Address City State
WCD WELDCRAFT MARINE INDUSTRIES PO BOX 580 CLARKSTON WA

using the site https://www.uscgboating.org/content/man ... esult2.php and entering the WCD.

Not sure of the date but the 89 in the last string implies that is the date of the build?

Hope this is some help getting you in contact with the boat's builder/manufacturer or whatever their current business name and location is? https://weldcraftmarine.com/ ?

Cheers,
