I'm the owner of a new 20' sea skiff (Boulton). I'm looking for ideas on how best to organize my fishing tackle on this boat. Any ideas/suggestions are welcome. I'm looking to go for some tuna down in So Cal next month.

The Plastic trays and a bag that they fit in. Plano makes them in a bunch of sizes.

I don't know if it will work for you--but we have a carpeted dashboard. We stick clear, single-layer plano boxes to the dashboard with velcro. it is slick. You can change out the boxes depending on your target species.
