SUPER SHARP!!!!!!
Re: SUPER SHARP!!!!!!
Hey Dave,
How is your sharpener still doing? Would you still recommend it? Do you find you mostly use one belt for your fillet knife (the fine belt) for most of your sharpening?
Thanks,
Wally

Re: SUPER SHARP!!!!!!
Yep Wally........that worksharp is the cats azz.
I of course keep my knives (all Foreschners) perfectly razor like, so yeah no need for a bunch of belts once done.
Threw all those stones and BS sharpeners out. Have no need for the "stone age" any longer.

Re: SUPER SHARP!!!!!!
After watching Capt. Dave's video, I ordered the new work sharp "Ken Onion" edition just before xmas. It is much easier and quicker to get a sharp knife using this system. After I did all my fillet knives, I did all my kitchen knives as well in only 10 or 15 minutes. I will second Dave's endorsement.
