You are welcome also. USN '69 to '73 AE-2 . My last squadron was VA-155 aboard the USS Oriskany (CV/CVA-34). The USS Oriskany now resides at the bottom of the sea off the coast of Pensacola FL. I to will one day be disposed to the sea.

USAF 82-85, Security Police {law enforcement}......no aircraft stuff. USAF "grunt", Osan Air base Korea/ "arm pit" Grand Forks N. Dakota. (that's why I'm the AAB location Nazi I guess)
:soap:
Should have been fishing for a living instead. That's year of my life I'll never get back. But at least gives me the right to complain about the Navy around here, trying to steal my livelyhood.

If you were "shot" at, you get my utmost respect.

The Day is over but I too thank those that gave their youth. Those that either came back wounded or never did and their Families deserve our Heart Felt Gratitude for their Sacrifice, Honor, and Commitment.

I took the next generation fishing on 11/12, with Veteran GrandPa'. This lil 7 year has been on my boat twice in the last 10 days now. She got off the boat 10 days ago and said, Momma, when we going again??

She's a gem to have aboard. Smart as a whip! Fishes like a machine, just like her Momma does.

It's not often I say that about 7 year olds :!:
