Pete,
I've heard that some certain 7 year old has quite the knack for catching halibut.
My money is also on him unless Mojo get's his monster Lingcod that he's been dreaming about

Everybody is praying that the Albacore make a showing this year down here
Bluefin, some Yellowfin Tuna and a good amount of Yellowtail Jacks around but no Albies.

Hope your son doesn't get away from fishing the FW, because it's all good! :thumbsup:

How long did they hang around up there last year? Most of them were caught late Auguest-October. Most of the fishing here is drifting squid as the fish follow the squid into the bay as they spawn. It's just an amazing catch, especially when you can keep 3 of those big fish each day! Dang, a couple ...

Pete, the WSB are great eating, moist and very mild tasting. Can't go wrong when cooking it.
The Barracuda are great for smoking, some, but not all like it cooked.
