Dave , those rails would be better if they were formed to your Hull as they , A] will be mucho$$$ and B] each one is a custom fit. That is one heck of a boat , WOW , but I would have welded the gussets to the bottom of the rungs on the ladders so my divers would not cut their booties or feet .

Be sure to ask him about differant inert gases , some work better on thicker metal as there liter and dont cool the metal off as much [ read , better penitration ]
