Re: Lower unit paint/corrosion issues.

Update: May have been the wrong anodes and a broken jumper wire.
Sanded, painted, replaced anodes and jumper wire.
Seems to be doing well, I haven't looked at it.

Wooldridge and Fronius USA

Scrolling down my Facebook feed and I see an add.
What does Wooldridge think of their welding equipment?
I'm still welding along with my old Miller syncrowave 250 but I am getting an itch for a new inverter machine to tig this anodized aluminum.

I'm going to make a flounder gigging pole for my father in law out of aluminum. Almost all of the locals use a wood pole of some sort or a NON ALLOY push pole. It's main use will be for stabbing flat fish in shallow water then lifting up in a fashion to keep them from sliding back off the barbed tri...

Remove all combustibles, happily weld clean metal. Possibly fill with argon.

Ventilate, circulate, positive air flow taking any fumes away.

1/4 full fuel tank, pressurize tank wait till you smell fumes and (make yourself right with Jesus) then strike an arc.
