Chaps,

Tell me what and why you like the Epaint over the Trilux?

What were your reasons and how and what did you do to prepare your hull from Trilux to Epaint??? :?: :?: Mty

Re: New from BC. Finally got the pictures figured out!

Graham, The rubber bumper hose on my boat is bolted with the head of the bolt put through from the inside with a fender washer on it at the port transom on one side, then the hose is laid into the "C" channel that runs around the entire hull between the gunnel's and deck material, then whe...

Welder, Marty, Good idea on the video camera. I have a long list of things to take along with me, and this was not on the list. I enjoyed watching your video of you fishing with your son, and I will try to produce something similar. As for enjoying the build process, it is fun to watch it come toge...

CRUSHED THE BLACKIES!!!

Well Cody and I got to the boat this weekend. We went out saturday morning and arrived at the east end of the island by 7:00AM by 8AM we had out limit of four fish each (8-total) and started culling the small fish using our giant fish box as a live well. We ended up catching between 40-50 fish the s...

The top black line is the 100 fathom line, the middle line is the 500-fathom and the bottom one is the 1000 fathom line. When you see water like that EGE on the 100 line it is the best fishing.mtyThat is the

Looks like a beefy little CC. I like the outboard protector, is she used for gill netting or towing? Question, Why do you not leave a cavity in the hull for a subfloor fuel cell and make a larger fuel capacity rather than that small tank under the CC? I think even if you make the tank sit down in a ...

Re: Seawolf 31' Build

Chaps, Its really looking nice. I like the angle of the front windshields, I question the diamond plate decking, not very good without non-skid and then its will be harder on your feet. A flat deck with non-skid or the PVC decking I used or the cork that Ironwood uses may have been a better choice. ...

Re: Extending my bottom

Pete, I think the pod you have give your engines more clean water which in turn gives you better speed and fuel effincey. I don't thin you boat is sitting that low in the stern that you need to do anything about it. I would muck rather have a heavier stern than a heavier bow for following seas. If I...

Pete, I feel the same way... Saw only one, and got none Black Bear on my hunt... Breaking down because of my failure to put fuel stabilizer and fill the tank at the end of last year. Lost a new anchor, 20' 3/8" chain and a pulling bouy ball setup, Then... Early Hurricane in July blew the Yellow...

Hey Jim, Looking Good! :P :P :P SEAWOLF is the only other boat builder that I have seen, that incorporates flare in their bows, and because of that, I was really considering them. The fuel capacity and the builders non-flexibility to get me more, lead me away. But, that said, I really like what I se...

Its actually because the fish's blatter reflects the transducer signal the best while the rest of the body reflects less as the signal passes over and below the fish thus making an arched signal. Re: Thinking about adding a Bracket

21ftcc, I did one on my Whaler back in 1997, it was good and made the boat ride better with the weight back. I made a transome filler plate for the cutout and a 1/2" alumium plate in the splash well to reinforce the transom. Using large bolts to anchor it. http://i203.photobucket.com/albums/aa3...
