I'll second Julie as a good reference. When I was looking at the Pacific V1925, she hooked me up with a guy in the area (Metro Detroit) who had one. I was able to set things up with him and go look at the boat. In turn, when I had mine; a guy from Indiana came up to look my boat (through Julie).

Does this only occur when the boat/trailer are used in salt water? I'm looking into a new Pacific and would be using it in fresh water (Lake Erie). I've owned both roller and bunk trailers in the past and would prefer a bunk.
